Ever wondered about a shadow you saw in the corner of your eye, but which was never there, when you really looked? Or about the gray snow that falls in cities? Just keep in mind: City fairies are everything but human-friendly. Even the smiling ones.
Something I drew when I was cutting paper for the new drawings. ^^' Instead of working on them, I started to drabble on the cut off pieces and this came out.
Something around A5, Copics and a bit of white ink.
critique, it's really hard to give critique to an artist, when he/she has such an original style that is really deviant to reality. I learned at school a very important thing, it changed the way of judging a piece of art. You could say that you want crititque, but it's a piece created in your mind. I can't critisize your mind. If you would take a picture and totally copypaint it, than I can give critique on it. like this and this is not correct or that could have been done better. but you made something that you basicly created in your mind, than there is no correct or incorrect way of doing so it's hard to give critique on something that isn't right or wrong. I can always judge on technique, but your technique is really good and I can't give you any critique on your technique because of the fact it's very good. My only critique is really simple stop asking for critique, you don't need it. You have gained an illustrative way of drawing/painting fantasyfull things and there is no right or wrong, so no critique.
I like the contrast between the rounded shapes down the middle of the piece and the jagged edges on either side. Also, the creepily noseless face is works really well.
